Key Protocol
Retain your key unless leaving the building, then it can be left in the box at Reception.

- Emergency: 999. Dial 9 first from the hotel phone.
- Night Porter: After midnight, ring the front doorbell to page staff.
- Night Supervisor: 07594 446 725.
📺 Hotel Services
- Ironing: Dial "O" for Reception to request equipment.
- TV: Terrestrial and Freeview channels are available.
- Gifts: Toiletries and hotel gifts are for sale at Reception.
- Valuables: Use the hotel safe. The hotel cannot accept liability for items left in rooms.
🐕 Dog Policy
Well-behaved dogs are welcome. A small charge is applicable.
- Dogs are strictly not permitted in food service areas.
- No other animals are permitted on site.
